Keep up the pressure folks

Seriously, just because we support Obama and think he's the best guy for the job doesn't mean we don't stay on him.

Obama needs to be smacked on a couple things. This is one of them.

A great idea. It's public criticism without dissociation. Very good.

I also have a serious issue with Obama's apparent support of FISA.
It only seems to strengthen the debate that Obama is moving more to the center - which is actually more to the right.

Keith Olberman also voiced his displeasure with this.

While we're at it, we can toss in Obama's rapid disagreement with the Supreme Court's decision to not execute child rapists.
Throw in his decision to toss more funds to religious groups.

Is he really Larry Elder in Rick Baker make-up?
Nothing could be further from the truth.

Obama is a master politician. But he's no romantic.
He's a pragmatic man playing ball on an away field.

He's a wild card selection out of the AFC Central (maybe the NFC Central since he spent all that time Chicago) - forced to play an away schedule on the road to the Super Bowl.
He must and has adopted his style of play. He wants to win.

Should he have touted Palestinian rights at AIPAC?
Would you put the ball in the air 30 times in a game on the road in the rain?
No. You run the ball.

Politics is the art of getting things done.
Run Obama, run.
